Important Notice: Competitors in Taiwan must first pay via ATM or bank transfer and then register using your account information. Due to changes in government regulations, PayPal no longer accepts Taiwanese credit cards for payment to local organizations. Everyone else outside Taiwan can pay by credit card through PayPal on submitting their registration form.
